Guided tours of Podsreda Castle
Guided tours, given by trained guides, last about an hour and a half for groups of ten or more and are an excellent opportunity for visitors to learn first-hand about the rich history of the castle, find out interesting stories and legends, and get an insight into the other interesting features that give the castle its life today.

Visitors to the Podsreda Castle can also explore the castle premises independently, with the help of an audio guide available in Slovenian, English, German, Italian, and Russian (more information below).
For organized groups, a prior reservation is required for guided tours of the castle.

Visitors to the Podsreda Castle can explore the castle rooms independently, with an audio guide, and find out why Podsreda Castle remains one of the most renowned and well-preserved castles in our country, famous for its many beautifully preserved medieval architectural elements and numerous interesting exhibitions.
Adults and children alike can take a fascinating journey through history as audio guides in five languages (Slovenian, English, German, Italian, Russian) lead you through the rooms of our castle, back to the time when it served as a refuge in case of danger, and later when it became the residence of several wealthy noble families.
