The Castle Knight invites you to an unforgettable castle adventure!
The brave knight is on a quest to find the secret treasure that will redeem the kingdom, and he's inviting you along!
The kingdom has been struck by a terrible curse, brought upon by the witches of Olimje, who resented the fact that the miller in Podsreda sold them black flour instead of white. Fortunately, there is a lovely, tasty remedy available to all, rich and poor alike!
Join the castle knight on the path to finding the secret treasure.
When you successfully solve all the puzzles, the grateful kingdom will reward you! Fun is guaranteed, and the reward is beautiful, practical, and delicious.
Participation in the castle adventure - NO PRIOR RESERVATION NEEDED
Tickets are available at the info centre of the castle.
The entrance fee is included in the game's price.
At the same time, you will follow the instructions on the map and discover hidden clues in the various castle chambers that will lead you to the next hiding place with a clue, all the way to the end of the treasure hunt. Once you have collected all the clues, solved the puzzle and uncovered the secret that will save the kingdom, the grateful realm will reward you with a beautiful and delicious prize.
The Treasure Hunt Adventure at Podsreda Castle is suitable for visitors of all ages (preferably, but not exclusively, from age 3).
For younger explorers, parents or chaperones are of course needed to help explain the puzzles, while older explorers can tackle the puzzles and explore the castle on their own. The game takes you through all the castle’s premises so that older visitors also enjoy visiting the various rooms of the castle, which contain different exhibitions, while younger explorers are particularly excited about the really castle-like areas, such as the castle dungeon, the medieval kitchen, the castle attic, which is home to the bats, etc.

Your family castle adventure will begin in the courtyard of Podsreda Castle, where you will receive guidance from the castle staff and embark on an INDEPENDENT CASTLE EXPLORATION WITH THE HELP OF AUDIO GUIDES in five languages (Slovenian, English, German, Italian, Russian). For a complete castle experience, you will visit all the rooms of the castle, from the castle dungeon and medieval kitchen to the castle attic, home to bats, to the special “where even the emperor goes on foot” room…
Plus, you’ll join the Castle Knight on his quest to find the secret treasure in the TREASURE HUNT ADVENTURE. When you have successfully solved all the puzzles, the grateful kingdom will reward you! Fun is guaranteed and the reward is lovely and delicious.
After a fun-filled exploration of the castle, you will, like true courtiers, be thirsty for a good castle meal and a drink, so we will serve you a CASTLE COLD CUTS that will take you back to the old days of the castle lords. The feast consists of authentic local delicacies prepared at the nearby Kunej Farm and natural apple juice made from Kozjansko apples from the Kozjansko Regional Park orchard.
